On a positive note, the activities for the kids, such as meeting the mascot and the wand activities, were enjoyable and kept the little ones entertained. The food was also disappointing and overpriced, which added to the disappointment. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, which resulted in a lack of attention to detail and overall poor service. The poor service, mediocre food, and lackluster water park all made for a subpar stay. My experience at Great Wolf Lodge was unfortunately disappointing.
